Ingredients
- 1 package of oreos
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1 package of chocolate chips
- 1-2 T Crisco
- 1 package of junior mints
- Crushed Peppermint Candy Canes
Gluten Free: USE GLUTEN FREE OREOS
- Remove the centers out of the Oreos then crush the cookies until they are fine crumbs
- Put your thin mints in the freezer so you can easily cut them half
- Mix the crushed cookies with the cream cheese. Mix it well.
- Form the cookie mixture into balls. Then insert a junior mint into the middle of the ball.
- Melt your chocolate chips with 1 Tablespoon of Crisco. Stir chocolate until smooth. It may need a little bit more crisco.
- Coat your cookie balls into the chocolate mixture. Then put the crushed peppermint on top.
- Freeze until hard. Then take out and Store in the refrigerator.
