Ingredients:
- 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 c milk
- 1 package of frozen carrots and peas
- 6 large potatoes
- 2 frozen pie crusts
- 2 rolled up pie crusts
- 2 Cups of cooked chicken and cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Boil potatoes until soft but not mushy. Drain the potatoes and put them back into the pot.
- Mix the cooked chicken, carrots and peas, cream of chicken soup and milk, and salt and pepper to the potatoes.
- Pour half the mixture into one pie crust and the half the mixture into another pie crust.
- Unroll the pie crust and put one on each pie.
- Bake on 400 for about 40 min.
