Chicken Pot Pie


Ingredients:
  • 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 package of frozen carrots and peas
  • 6 large potatoes 
  • 2 frozen pie crusts
  • 2 rolled up pie crusts
  • 2 Cups of cooked chicken and cubed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
  1. Boil potatoes until soft but not mushy.  Drain the potatoes and put them back into the pot. 
  2. Mix the cooked chicken, carrots and peas, cream of chicken soup and milk, and salt and pepper to the potatoes.
  3. Pour half the mixture into one pie crust and the half the mixture into another pie crust.  
  4. Unroll the pie crust and put one on each pie.
  5. Bake on 400 for about 40 min.
*This can be frozen for later!
