Ingredients:
- 10 tortillas
- 2 c of shredded or cubed Beef (Good way to use left over Roast)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 16 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 cup rice
- 1 can black beans drained
- 1 package of taco seasoning
- 2 cups of cheese
- In a pot on medium heat add cream of chicken soup, tomato sauce and 1/2 package of taco seasoning. Bring it to a boil and take off the heat.
- Take half of the sauce pour into the bottom of a greased 9 by 13 pan.
- In a bowl mix together meat, rice, and beans with 1/2 package of taco seasoning.
- Put some of the beef mixture into a shell top with cheese and roll the shells and place into the sauce in the pan.
- Pour the rest of the sauce over the tortillas and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake on 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
