1 can 15.5oz Garbanzo beans drained( save juice to thin out hummus if to thick)
1 clove garlic, crushed ( I use power)
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 TBSP olive oil
In Mixer or food processor mix the beans until smooth. Add garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil. Blend together. Add bean juice if to thick or to a consistency that is prefer.
Serve with bread, crackers, chips
