Berry Smoothie
2 c milk
1 c v8 fusion or other juice
2 c Frozen mixed berries
12 Tbs cool whip
1 ripe banana
1/2 c water
Mix it all in the blender and enjoy. 1 cup is 23 carbs. 1 C without banana is 18 carbs.
