Ingredients:
1 large pineapple or 1 can of pineapple chunks
1 T oil
1 pound (4-5) breasts cut into cubes
3/4 C soy sauce
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c honey
2 T cornstarch
2 C cooked rice
Directions
- Heat oil in the large skillet on high heat. Add chicken and cook stirring occasionally until chicken is done.
- Mix together soy sauce, sugar, honey and cornstarch Add it to the chicken.
- Bring the mixture to a boil until it thickens.
- Serve with Fresh pineapple and cooked rice.
