Healthy Dole Whip

 


  • Instructions
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple 
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk (I use the full fat canned coconut milk)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Pineapple slices, for garnish (optional)
  • Large plastic bag (optional) to pipe into a cup for serving.
  • Directions
  1. Load all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor. You may have to stop and scrape the sides a few times to make sure the mixture is well blended.
  2. To get super fancy, you can pour the mixture into a large plastic bag, cut the end and pipe your homemade Dole Whip into a cup for serving. 
  3.  You may need to put it in the freezer to get a more frozen treat.
