Ingredients:
2 boxes of cream cheese
1 c sour cream
2 T cornstarch
1 C sugar
1 t vanilla
2 T butter
1 graham cracker crust
Directions:
1. Soften Cream cheese and combine it with sugar and cornstarch.
2. Mix in the sour cream. Soften the butter and add vanilla to the bowl
.3. Stir until mostly dissolved but not too long or it will crack when baking
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 33 minutes.
5. Cool and keep refrigerated.
