Ingredients:
1 T yeast
1 1/2 c warm water
2 T sugar
3 1/2 C flour
1 t salt
Directions:
Put yeast in warm water and let bubble. Add the rest of ingredients. Knead for 3 minutes. Let it rise for 10 minutes. Then press dough into a greased pan. Bush with melted butter and add garlic salt and Parmesan cheese for topping if desired. Cut into strips with a knife. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
You can use this dough for rolls or pizza crust as well.
