Ingredients:
1 3/4 c all purpose flour
1/2 t salt
1 t baking soda
1/2 c butter softened
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg beaten
1 t vanilla
2 T milk
40 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups unwrapped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Sift together flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside
- Cream the butter and sugars together until fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla and milk.
- Add the flour mixture and mix well
- Shape into ball and press into a greased mini muffin pan
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8 min.
- Remove from oven and immediately press peanut butter cup into each ball.
- Cool and carefully remove from pan.
