Ingredients:
2 c flour
4 eggs
1 c milk
1 c water
1/4 t salt
4 T butter melted
4 t sugar (if dessert crepes)
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl whisk milk and eggs
- Add water and melted butter
- Then add flour and sugar. Beat until smooth
- Heat and oil pan to med. temperature.
- Pout 1/4 c batter into hot pan and tilt pan and swirl in circular motion to have the batter spread out.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for 1 more minute.
- Serve hot or cold with you favorite filling.
