Crepes


Ingredients:

2 c flour
4 eggs
1 c milk
1 c water
1/4 t salt
4 T butter melted
4 t sugar (if dessert crepes)

Directions:
  1. In a large mixing bowl whisk milk and eggs
  2. Add water and melted butter
  3. Then add flour and sugar. Beat until smooth
  4. Heat and oil pan to med. temperature.
  5. Pout 1/4 c batter into hot pan and tilt pan and swirl in circular motion to have the batter spread out.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for 1 more minute.
  7. Serve hot or cold with you favorite filling.
