Gluten Free Berry Cobbler

 Ingredients:

  • Gluten Free White or Yellow Cake Mix
  •  

Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 3-quart baking dish with butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter and milk 
  3. Pour into a 9 by 13 greased pan 
  4. Spread Berries on top the cake
  5. Sprinkle with sugar 10 minutes before finished cooking
  6. Cook for 1 hour
  7.  Server with Ice cream or whipped topping
