Dr. Pepper Meatballs


Ingredients:
2 pounds of frozen meatballs (turkey or beef)
12 ounces of Diet Dr. Pepper ( 1 Can)
2 T cornstarch
1 c ketchup
1/4 c brown sugar
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 400
2. Mix all ingredients (except the meatballs) in a pot and bring to a boil on the stove.
2. Pour the meatballs into a 9 X13 pan
3. Pour the mixture from the stove over the meatballs and stir.
4. Bake for 30 minutes
5. Serve hot with cooked rice or noodles.
